A Call to Action for a Domestic Violence Batterers Registry - Joslyn

BLOCDV™ is a training and technical assistance program of the Atikal Foundation, created by Kita Williams and Lynn Strange to assess and prevent the lethality of domestic violence disputes and incidents. The DV registry was an idea Ms. Lynn Strange pitched 3 years ago to key officials and community leaders. Ms. Strange is a DV Advocate, Clergy and Spokesperson for domestic violence survivor Yvette Cade, as well as the Atikal Foundation. The mission of the Atikal Foundation is to honor and empower survivors of domestic violence and cancer through love, faith, and service, using artistic expression, education and legal advocacy
