Until We All Come Home

A Michigan mom and her husband and daughter wanted to adopt a child. They all traveled to Ukraine to begin proceedings. It took so long, mom Kim deBlecourt ended up alone spending a harrowing year of hardship, frustration, and what felt like an endless battle against a Ukranian official who made it his mission to stop her from legally taking her child out of the country. Many others tried to help her get young Jake home to Michigan. It took her almost a hear and many painful setbacks but she did it. She credits all the many folks who reached out to help and her unwavering faith. She wrote a book about it & this is her story.
