Gail Lee is recognized as a fund development executive in the state of Maryland.  She is currently, the Development Director for The Children’s Home, a long and short-term residential group home for at-risk youth ages 13-21. As their Development Director she has successfully led a variety fundraising initiatives designed to further enrich the crisis-intervention services provided to nearly 45 youth every month. 

Her professional experience began at the National Aquarium in Baltimore, as the Assistant Director of Visitor Services.   She has always had a passion for customer service and community service; helping those who are in need.  Her career path eventually landed her within the nonprofit sector, where she truly could make a difference for the underserved and help build stronger communities.  She has advocated tirelessly for at-risk communities throughout the state, with an expertise in building community partnerships, special events, marketing and public speaking.   Ms. Lee, has served in senior level positions providing her fund development expertise to help change lives for the better.  “We must feed and nurture our communities in a healthy way, as we care for our human bodies.  In doing so, we all can all benefit from healthy and stable communities.”  Gail is a graduate of Towson University and has studied graduate level courses at Notre Dame. She has two adult children, Kelsey and Devin and lives in Baltimore city.  During her free time she enjoys decorating her home, bike riding, traveling, and managing her part-time consulting assignments.
