What did God originally call Christians to do? Be examples and mentors to the world. Did they do it?  Yes and no: sometimes they did, other times they didn't. The same holds true for the Jews of ancient Israel. The blessings found in the Book of  Deuteronomy, once given to the Jews, are now offered to the Church AS WELL as to the Jews. But there are certain conditions to that blessing. Is this called "Replacement Theology"?  It's better called EXPANSION theology: God expanded the blessings to the Jews to include all who truly serve the Jewish Messiah.
