Jay “Honors” English has been an avid practitioner of Meditation since 1999. After training for years with Yogic Master Dana Dennard, he received an Advanced Yogic Initiation in 2005. Once Honors completed his initial initiation, he sought out Dana Dennard’s Guru, Amrit Desai and became a Certified Meditation Instructor at the Amrit Yoga Institute in 2007. Since then he has been helping others to find peace, joy, balance and insight using the vehicle of Meditation. In 2014 Honors English founded Honors Yoga, an online platform for teaching meditation and spiritual growth. Within the last three years Honors has launched five online Meditation courses. He also created his own system of kundalini energy healing and recently unveiled a online course that taught his unique approach to energy healing. Honors is currently hosting the Sacred Sexuality Retreat which is on tour doing major cities in the U.S.  Honors is a Meditation instructor, Energy Healer, and Spiritual Coach.
