This August we are celebrating the 100 year anniversary of women's constitutional right to vote. We had many barriers to break down. I became a lawyer in 1980, when women were entering the field of law. Like most aspects of my life, I was figuring out how to balance career and childcare. The work place had to make room for women, and that included nursing mothers.
