Would you like to have more communion with horses and other animals? Would you like to be more connected to yourself, your body, and others? Would you like to be more of you? Would you like more clarity in your own life?

This is what is possible when you work with horses! Horses are so willing to be caring and nurturing and in tune with the people around them.

Tune in this week with sisters, Arlene Schmidek and Cathy Dool who have been riding and having fun with horses since they were kids. They will share some really easy and cool tools you can use whether having fun with horses or living your life to allow more communion with you, horses, and others around you. Not only do the tools create more ease and change for animals, we can also use them to create change within our own lives.

Arlene Schmidek has been in the industry of Business, Life and Wellness Development for more than 30 years. She started her career working with people on the outside – hairdresser, fashion consultant, skills counselor - when she realized that it was the inside of a person that needed to shift to create lasting change.

Cathy Dool, is an extraordinary Business and Marketing Strategist as well as Conscious Wealth Wellness coach with more than 25 years under her hat. This brilliant thought-leader and philanthropic Canadian entrepreneur emphasizes spiritual and conscious wellness across all mediums of her life.
