Charisma is an entrepreneurial visionary and an administration expert; she also founded Spirit of Excellence Consulting, Inc. and is Pastor of The Loft. Shivawn is a counselor, writer, motivator and entrepreneur; she is also the owner of L.o.v.e. (living out visions eternally) Consulting and Signature Publishing.

Both Shivawn and Charisma are co-owners of The Beauty Boudoir, a refreshing oasis for lovers of all things beautiful.
