Chef Isaiah Kelsey is often described as "The Urban Foodie." Like most prominent chefs he started at the very bottom of the totem pole as a prep cook and earned the respect from his colleagues and superiors. Isaiah went on to attend Johnson & Wales University to pursue Baking and Pastry Arts. After more than 11 years in the industry, Isaiah decided to take his energy & passion into his own hands. In 2011, Isaiah created his own food publication Urban.Food.Print which highlights food & lifestyle in NYC. During Hurricane Sandy Isaiah found himself in a crisis due to a loss of income. He started a hustle to sustain himself which grew into something greater, Urban Foodie Catering. As of recent Isaiah has been recognized as an Industry expert & co-starred in a Food Network, Vitamix promo commercial. He continues to work diligently to build his empire.
