Moving your body has so many benefits for your body and mind! It reduces stress, helps with brain health, memory, and mood, increases relaxation, and improves sleep. Sometimes people have a difficult time sticking to an exercise routine because it’s something they feel like they “should” do, but not something they love. They struggle to move regularly due to other health conditions, pain, or injury.  

In this "Fitness for Fun" episode, I interview Summer Milkovich, personal trainer, and nutrition expert from Summer Kaye Fitness. She teaches people that they are stronger than they think, inside and out. She shares her own experience with fitness competitions and how building a strong body requires self-love, determination, and patience. She talks about how fitness and movement choices are individual. It's okay to do something different from others. If you enjoy what your doing you will stick with it and improve your overrall well-being.  

Summer shares how when we move correctly we can enjoy it more and get lasting results. What would you like to gain from moving your body? More energy, flexibility, balance, a better mood, or simply feeling good in your clothes?
