Jenny and I will be discussing her good works with tips and ideas to heal your heart and soul.

Most people dealing with chronic illness are being treated exclusively at the level of the body, which means that that only part of their whole being is receiving attention. But what about the mind? The soul?

Research trials show that the placebo effect is present about 1/3 of the time. This reveals that a patient who is feeling hopeful, uplifted and positive is profoundly impacting his/herself at a physiological level. With this amount of evidence, we are remiss if we do not support a patient to be empowered in his/her journey through the illness experience.

The topic of emotional well being must be addressed with chronically ill patients. The fears and stresses of the illness itself, if left unaddressed, remain an active contribution to illness. The emotional baggage we carry from early childhood are a hidden informers of disempowering and patterned ways of being in life, and left unnoticed, also contribute to illness.

Jenny Rush brings forth a conversation about reframing chronic illness from something to fight against into something that is a hidden opportunity for emotional healing, with the side benefit of contributing to healing at a physiological level. Emotional or internal work is not to be tackled as a means to an end, it something to embrace simply because we are worthy of knowing the wonder of who we truly are.

Jenny offers her support in a variety of ways:

  • Free teleconference calls
  • One on one coaching
  • Multi-day Retreats
  • Her book “Chronic Illness as an Access to Quantum Healing”
