This week’s guest is former player and Atlanta Falcon great, Dewey McClain.  Dewey graduated from East Central University, Oklahoma and went on to play in the NFL as a linebacker with the Atlanta Falcons. After five years with the Falcons, McClain played for two years in the USFL with the Oakland Invaders and the Oklahoma Outlaws.
He is a founding member and past president of the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) Metro Atlanta Chapter and former member of the NFLPA Former Players Board of Directors.
After football, McClain worked for the City of Atlanta in the Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs, and also with Atlanta Workforce Development Agency before retiring again after over twenty years of public service.  Dewey is currently the president of the Atlanta North Georgia Labor Council (AFL-CIO) and he has received a host of special awards for his achievements including the 2011 Jessie Jackson Sportsman of the Year Award and the 2012 Martin Luther King Jr. March Committee Rev. James Orange Award.
