Sarah has been coaching, consulting and teaching since 2001. She is committed to fostering self-expression and self-discovery, guiding clients to produce clear results that are congruent with his or her core values, and devising strategic plans to achieve them.

She holds a degree in English from Kenyon College and a Masters of Communication from New York University.  She empowers clients to pursue their personal or professional goals, like starting a new business, a new career opportunity, improved communication and relationships or a better balance at home and at work.

Sarah conducts classes and workshops in Southern California, and across the country, focusing on understanding our masculine and feminine survival instincts to create greater access to self-expression and partnership.
