Race is one of the most divisive issues in this country. And, until recently, it’s been one of the most hidden and least discussed … that is, among whites.

That’s where our guest comes in. Marguerite Penick-Parks, Ph.D. is the Graduate Program Coordinator and Professor of Educational Leadership & Policy at the University of Wisconsin. Her areas of expertise include Multicultural Education, Social Justice, Multicultural Literature and Pk-12 African American Literature.

She joins us today to share a very special mission. It’s called the “21-Day Racial Equity Habit Building Challenge” and it is a movement you will want to know about.

If you care about equality and social justice, you won’t want to miss this thought-provoking discussion. The 21-Day Challenge provides the mirror to open and honest reflection. It is up to each of us to bring racial consciousness into our minds and into our hearts.
