Certified through AFAA, ACE, National Academy of Sports Medicine, AEA, The National Reiki Association, he holds 15 qualifications/certificates in Group Fitness, Personal Training, Nutrition and Life Coaching. Skip works with clients to empower their mind, body and souls and encourages them to step out and live a full life.
