Last episode I talked about what drives conflict, and we briefly discussed the Circle of Conflict. The Circle of Conflict describes six motivating factors that can help make your life challenging! On Tuesday December 7th at 9:00 AM I'll continue the Circle of Conflict and discuss the Conflict Tornado! The Conflict Tornado explains what happens to you (and the party you're in dispute with) when you first realize there could be conflict in your life.
