Solidarity: To Care or Not to Care!!

Caritas International declares that everyone belongs to one human family, regardless of their national, religious, ethnic, economic, political and ideological differences. Everyone has an obligation to promote the rights and development of all peoples across communities, nations, and the world, irrespective of national boundaries.  In fact, Pope Paul, VI in his 1987 conversation on Social Concerns called this Solidarity…and further defined it as a firm and persevering determination to commit oneself to...the good of all and of each individual, because we are all really responsible for all.  So, if these statement are true, where did humanity go wrong after 911?
