Katie Ballantyne is AVP of Cornerstone University where she and her team are passionate about creating exceptional learning experiences that help clients maximize their Cornerstone investment to create extraordinary organization. Katie's background in the learning and talent management industry spans almost 15 years, specifically focusing on investing in a company’s talent as a powerful driver of strategic organizational outcomes. Originally hailing from Australia, Katie now resides in Central Oregon with her husband and daughters, where they spend as much time as possible embracing the outdoor activities each season offers.

 

Murika Matz - VP,  Customer Success & Sales, Cornerstone OnDemand

Bringing over 17 years of experience in the Talent Management Industry to her team and to Cornerstone customers, Murika and her team are responsible for driving revenue growth for Cornerstone, by helping Clients transform their talent and drive growth and value for their business. Before moving into her current position, Murika led Saba’s (now part of Cornerstone) Customer Success, Professional Services and Cloud Operations teams, where she and her teams helped client business leaders implement and execute Talent Management strategies to recruit, engage, develop and retain their top talent. Murika resides in Seattle, WA, and enjoys spending time boating and with husband and pug dogs.
