A Well Constructed Biblically Complaint Tax System

 Are always commanded by God.

 Are always a part of a freely entered into tax covenant.

 Always applied equally to all citizens, regardless of income or wealth.

 Always designed with the poor in mind.

 Always jurisdictional.

 Always for the support of God’s justice and only God’s justice.

 Always approved and administered by local civil authorities.

 Never taxes hard work, thrift, production, savings, investments or wealth. To put it another way, never tax the Blessings of Liberty or God.

 Never opened-ended!

 Never violates Liberty and the absolute ownership of property by individuals.

Never treats stranger (Legal immigrant) differently than a citizen.
