Do you know that not only your mind and body needs rest but you need spiritual rest too.  I don't mean to leave church or not pray, but to retreat to a quiet area and meditate, pray . Once a week,you should  Fast from food and fast from bad habits and fast from unhealthy people. You need spiritual rest..
