How do you help hurting souls heal?

Paster Evangelist Carleigh Sandling, founder of C.A.R.E.S Ministries. Pastor Sandling orginally from Miami,Fl, now resides in Phoenix, Az and obeying her calling and developed passion for helping hurting people to heal. The outreach consist of educating, encouraging, advocating for, and promoting women. She had first hand experience being sexually, physically,emotionally, and mentally abused.So after the experiences, God gave her this vision. She affirms that she is not a victim, she is victorious. What the devil meant for evil, God turned it into good.
