Steven started his career in insurance and retirement planning shortly after graduating from Norwich University in 1986. Having worked with hundreds of clients, he honed his abilities and brought his own unique methods and techniques to fruition. In 1999, he officially opened his company, Fairway Financial. He also shares his simple ‘4 Bucket’ approach to a more balanced retirement.
