The Sovereign Self and the Personal Legend

The word "sovereign" means many things, from a title for the ruler of a country, to a quality of excellence, to a gold coin no longer used in Britain. But the definition that is important for us all now is "independent of all outside authority." Our Personal Legend is both a covenant with and a gift to us from the Divine. What must we do to reach the Sovereign Self and achieve our Personal Legend?
