Cultivating Self Love Meditation

Sometime last year, I began getting messages about the need for Self-Love. Then, many new consciousness teacher began writing about this. It appears that learning to love ourselves is extremely important now. Healthy self-love leads to healthy choices and higher levels of compassion. Cultivating and using the love frequency is a most effective way to shift the vibration in all situations. 

This guided meditation was given by the Pleiadians as channeled by Barbara Marciniak at the Coptic Conference in Flat Rock, NC, October 2014. It was given as an answer to a question from the audience about how we could help bring about change in the world. I have been doing this twice a day since then and have seen wonderful changes in my life and have felt it lift any discouragement I've experienced when looking at world affairs. I've also been amazed at having been directed to send this frequency of love vibration to a place and sometime later, finding out why there was need.

I believe this meditation would not have been given in the way it was if it wasn't meant to be shared, and with the greatest number possible. I make no money whatsoever from giving this meditation. I have freely given it to friends, groups and even during talks on this topic at Sunday Services at Unity Churches in my area. I encourage you to share it with others, too.
