"Be A Transformer"-Transformational Leadership

Stephanie Hill Williams was born in Indianapolis, IN and graduated from Pike High School in 1967.  She later attended Anderson University in Anderson, IN along with her husband, Teddy Williams.  She has completed her MBA degree has started on her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Organizational Leadership.  Her background includes Business Administration; working with oil and gas companies such as Shell Oil, Marathon Oil, & Duke Energy in Houston, TX as well as Delco Remy in Anderson, IN and GMAC divisions of General Motors. 

Stephanie has authored two fiction novels and since her retirement, she started a small business; Williams & Associates, LLC, which includes, independent contracting, freelance writing, event planning and organizing, and lyric/music production.   Additionally, she owns the “Write it Down” website on linkedin.com; a website for writers, authors, and publishers.
