The SuperFlu has arrived and few have survived the tidal wave of the pandemic. You and a few other lucky (?) survivors are left, and the countryside is populated by groups of raiders who claim large swaths of land as their territory.
There are resources left by those who did not survive, but you have to find them. You have prepared and have a few resources to start with: Food, Fuel, and Weaponry. You are looking to expand upon them and to find medical supplies and survivors that will help you establish a settlement that will begin the rebuilding of society. You can use your resources to gain an edge in an encounter, but you really want to accumulate them for the uncertain future.
