the purpose of the show today is to talk about the the problem with whiteness in the environmental movement. we will reflect on case studies and strategies to make the environmental movement more inclusive not by having more green volunteers and not by having people of color working as green -slaves volunteers - doing all the work and not getting financially compensated for their efforts.
