The Kick it Spot: Doug Williams & Ja Marr Brown

This week on radio show “The Kick it Spot” host, Teangelo, will be visited by comedian Doug Williams and author Ja Marr Brown discussing his newest title “You’re Ugly”.

Matters of the Heart topic: Tough love is still good love and sometimes the truth hurts.

“The Kick it Spot” is visited by Doug Williams; a comedic diamond with the ability to tell a story and keep an audience captivated.  Doug is currently working with Martin Lawrence on his comedy stand up show and touring doing his own stand up Doug will make us laugh and have a great time kicking it with our host Teangelo.  

Also visiting show is Ja Marr Brown discussing his newest children’s book, “You’re Ugly”.  This keynote speaker and author shares his inspiring story of being verbally bullied as a child and ultimately conquering the negative effects of verbal abuse.   Brown’s book is written for both children and adults because as he puts it, “Harsh words do hurt more than sticks and stones.  Physical wounds heal; emotional scars can live with a person forever.”
