Dan McDonald—"The Life Regenerator"—is at once an extraordinary teacher and an ordinary man. Through daily video postings on his "liferegenerator" YouTube channel, Dan connects with people from all walks of life—as their Coach, Teacher, and Raw Food Chef—consistently delivering a healthy dose of his self-deprecating humor, realness, and rawness. A former bodybuilder, Dan believes raw vegan foods with a heavy focus on fruits and vegetables—not meat and eggs, nor dense and complex raw vegan recipes—is one of the key ways to support the body's natural ability to heal itself, to be strong, and to be athletic, and find true physical, spiritual, and emotional health.
