Everybody says, they want to be free.  So, who's free?

What are the COSTS of "being free" versus "being sincere"?  

 

So sincerity is more than being true to oneself; it's being true to methods and means that cause no harm and incur no excessive cost to anyone else. ... This is HOW HOLY LAW was set up originally:  to set GOOD OUTCOMES as the goal of relationships, and to utilize Truth as the vehicle to get from Causes to Effects, meaning, good outcomes for everyone involved ( http://www.holyconservancy.org/2728.htm )

1. Sincerity is a HEAVY COST ON being "free."  What is Sincerity and how does it operate?  Is it worth it, working for the Trust of other people?
