Dearest Ones -

We could all use some "LIFTING UP" right now, as are in this together, riding the currents of change!...We are truly in the middle of it right now...with so much happening so fast it's astonishing. We are participating in a dizzying round of energetic, personal, political and global changes...all of which is ultimately for the good. Things are changing for the better, but...it's complicated!

The world is good and we know this...Meanwhile, it's a pretty bumpy ride. Health challenges, strained relationships, financial struggles...Whew!

The things that used to work are no longer working...

I want to offer some simple, easy, loving support. 

We don't seem to have enough time, feel overwhelmed at times. We want to and we deserve to feel more calm and centered, balanced, loved and inspired.

It occurred to me that a short daily message of support, love and encouragement might be just what is needed. Just a few minutes, just a bit of "lifting up" of our energy, our attitude, our vibration...
