Our world is filled with sounds of all kinds. Our favorites include music, laughter and nature sounds such as birds chirping, water running, the sound of rain. 

The energy of these sounds has an effect on us emotionally, mentally, physically and even spiritually!  

What about unpleasant sounds? Negative spoken words? How do they affect us?
