Update Since the November 12, 2021 Britney Spears Hearing

Much has happened since my last episode. My probate case continues with the current judge on my case Ana Maria Luna retaliating against me at every hearing! She will not release my inheritance to me and will not remove this criminal court-appointed trustee Jeffrey Siegel!

We had hearings on the current trust account starting in November 2021. Before the first hearing, judge Luna had decided to accept the account before any testimony was given. I had a law firm review this latest fraudulent accounting from the court-appointed fiduciary Jeffery Siegel. I presented solid evidence that this account was incomplete and did not account for the five years that this idiot trustee has been on my case! It also presented evidence that none of the accounts were proper since my probate case started back in 2004!

After three hearings and no evidence by the opposing lawyers to show that my objections were incorrect or not founded, judge Ana Maria Luna approved this fraudulent accounting!

 Since these last hearings, I have been filing complaints against Judge Luna and all of the opposing lawyers in my case. One of these complaints was to the supervising judge of the probate courts in the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, Judge Brenda J. Penny. Judge Penny is the judge over the Britney Spears case.

 I have launched an online petition against the  "Black Robe Mafia" dirty judges!
