Soul Surfing with Me-Shell Mijangos owner/founder SwellWomen Maui Surf & Yoga Retreats

After years as a professional snowboarder, Me-Shell Mijangos set out on a trip around the world that included earning a certification as a registered yoga teacher at an accredited yoga school in Costa Rica. Six months into her trip, Me-Shell accepted a position as assistant director at Maui Surfer Girls on Maui. Since then, Me-Shell has been creating unforgettable surf and yoga retreats through SwellWomen (www.SwellWomen) and, more recently SwellCo-ed (www.SwellCo-ed.com). In addition she teaches privately and enjoys soul surfing as much as possible. Me-Shell lives on Maui with her husband.
