Dr. Fredrick Clark DDS is a graduate of Howard University dental school, one of the best in the country. He has been a dentist for years and has been through several post graduate courses in different fields of dentistry since receiving his DDS degree.
My greatest desire would be to create in the Nation's capital a Dental Center to serve the special needs population, those children and adults who suffer from physical and mental challenges that prevent them from being treated in a normal dental setting.
Particularly those requiring sedation or those generally requiring hospitalization to treat. This segment of the population is overlooked. Also if there was a way to bring many of our Senior citizens a Medicare Dental Benefit. These are my advocacy interests.
