A Game of Bridge

We knew it as a child: life keeps on going, infinitely so. There is no final destination. The journey itself is life. We are however so attached to outcomes that we make the destination our primary goal, while denying that the end of the journey is to lose everything. Is then to wonder that we would postpone the NOW – and thus any real attainment – into the future: “when [fill in the blank] happens, then I’ll be happy; l’ll relax.” Ultimately, we will rest in peace, and let go of everything. Once that is accepted, there is no need to worry, and nothing to protect. The journey becomes the goal, and the “PILLgrimage,” the healing place that “God circled on a map just for us.” 

The New Essenes is a gathering of ordinary people practicing deep introspection as a way to solve everyday problems. Our inquiry is based on the idea that the Word is alive and that the Language is where our Power lives: communication is not what is said and done, but the result of what is said and done.

By joining in and coming back, we increasingly benefit from the distilled essence of an ultimate method of inquiry, based on Sacred Geometry and known as the Path of XPR.

Our meetings last one-hour & are structured as follows:

1.       The first 5 minutes: Welcoming, Checking In. taking a moment of silence.

2.       The next 10 minutes:  Ritual readings.

3.       The last 45 minutes: Introduction of a topic. Group Sharing & Inquiry, Summary / Ritual Closing.
