Troy Faulkner and Jake Leif from Byron High School; Kathy McKnight from Pearson’s Center for Educator Effectiveness. Troy is a Mathematics Teacher at Byron High School a public high school in southeastern Minnesota.  Jake is a senior at Troy’s school. Kathy McKnight is Director of Research for Pearson’s Center for Educator Effectiveness.
