He has served as a youth minister, a family advocate, and an addictions counselor, serving the community with the hope of making a positive change in the lives of others. Charles and his wife, Theresa, have a heart for children, whether it's taking personal time to tutor one on one, or providing business education in an entrepreneur camp, the two find joy in encouraging and giving back to the next generation.
