It is a new year, which means a new beginning. We all make new years resolutions and most of us keep them for maybe a month or two.  And then Feburary and March come around and then we find ourselves going back to our old habits. Change is hard…but with the right tools and the right support stystem…change is possible. Listen in as I talk about New Years Resolutions and how it is possible to keep them. For I have hope in all of you and I want to help you make 2015...your year.
