On this episode of Eating for Meaning, Dr. Millie interviews Ron Eichner, egg farmer and poultry, sauerkraut maker, raw milk advocate and visionary of The Farm Wellness Center.

Ron Eichner is an avid producer of high quality organic poultry and eggs. He also sells organic vegetables, baked goods and home-made sauerkraut from his rural Pennsylvania Farm.Family owned and operated, Eichner's Family Farm has been serving the Wexford, PA hills since 1932. Operating on 18 acres, located just off route 19 in Wexford, PA, they provide "The Freshest Eggs in the North Hills" as well as delicious fresh produce year round. We offer locally grown produce, fresh eggs, whole roasting chickens, and assorted pork products. In addition to these, we also offer items from Marburger's Dairy, McCutcheon's Preserves, and locally raised Honey. A conventional working farm, Eichner's Family Farm offers a little taste of the freshness of the country right in the backyard of the suburbs.

Let's find out what Ron Eichner's Wellness Center is all about and why he is advocating for Raw Milk.
