We're talking about how to experience and express in a world changing before our eyes. Humanity is evolving and as our vibrations continue to rise, anything not in resonance will begin to fall away - beliefs, habits, friends, jobs, illness, dis-ease, etc.  The ascension is affecting us physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually in unknown and unfamiliar ways. Shifting the crystal allows us to perceive our experiences differently, so we can choose a new way of being that reflects who we really are. I'll be sharing the tools and techniques that allow you to become aware of and change your conditioning/programming, belief systems, and negative self-image.
