Brother Leroy Baylor joins the Empowerment Hour

This Saturday the Empowerment Hour Online University welcomes back Brother Leroy Baylor, host of the Communicators Radio Program on City College Radio WHCR 90.3 FM in NYC. We will be discussing the Growth(or lack of) of the Black Community Economically. We will also discuss with Brother Leroy other issues affecting people of Color in NYC and throughout the nation during this time of severe economic crisis. We welcome Brother Leroy back to the Empowerment Hour this Saturday
