It isn't always easy becoming who you already are, but it is so worth it. I have been away from the Movement of Motivated Beauty for some time now. Unsure if the teens I mentor unmotivated or is it the parents or perhaps I don't have enough to offer them. Well guess what I don't have all the fancy trinkets this world has to offer our youth, but what I do have is my story, my gifts, my authentic self, my dreams, my power to be the change I desire to see. Recently I have been keeping 3 little girls in my care ranging from 4-13, & I realized more & more why teen, tween and youth programs are needed. One youth said she would offer ipod's, wii's, clothing to children for doing better in life, &school. The 5 year old is very disrespect. When latchkey children find themselves with adults that care and demand respect, often they fall into culture shock & either rebel or fall in line with the directions and love being given out. Findiing yourself is key to living well, but you can't lead without following first, so I encourage you all to study to show yourself approved. As we continue to publish our first book at Motivated Beauty, we will be back with Fresh eyes, Masterful Ideas supported by all the essentials to develop, create, grow and mature our gifts, talents and take responsiblity for all of who we are and what we have to offer our youth, ourselves and all who desire more out of live. Be EMPOWERED! Stay INSPIRED while BECOMING WHO YOU ALREADY ARE, SUDDENLY! Cymone Arnold, 17 year TeenPreneur said to me you needed your New York vacation, she said although I missed you and Motivated Beauty, you seem more relaxed and less aggrevated with the foolishness you encountered in SC, I was amazed at her maturity and her observation, which was so on point. Our youth are watching, they see, they care, they are mimicing us, so let's be careful at the image we portray, NOW! Daphne D. Williams
