For decades, the medical community has not allowed women to have much more than ice chips while participating in one of the most athletic, exhausting experiences of their life - delivering a baby.  Studies are coming out in recent years that say that it's now "OK" for a mom to eat and drink while in labor.  So, what changed?  Dr Pauline and Catherine discuss the recent findings, and cover some things that may or may not seem obvious regarding labor, delivery, and moms' ability to eat during labor.
