Dale Jr will not have to drive the “Eagles” car! Being a Redskins fan, he wasn’t happy about it to start with, and ownership said he had too. Its always about the money. But the NFL saved his reputation – NFL bylaws state that no team can have individual advertisement of their teams in another sport. Congrats Dale! I hate being forced to root for the Steelers sometimes.

Bryce Harper vs. Strickland

Mike Trout - DL for the first time in his career after tearing the ulnar collateral ligament (UCL) in his left thumb. Out at least 6-8 weeks. But don't be surprised if it's for 10 weeks as the Angels don't want to rush him back. Hope ya have an adequate backup cuz to find someone now... YIKES! I Had Yelich but don't his BA for an everyday replacement - traded for Owings from Arz with Unger cuz man -- there wasn't JACK out there. I could've gone with Leury Garcia who has decent BA at .286, 6HR 72TB's but he lacks the walks (at 6 vs Trout's 36).  Maybe Aaron Hicks (8HR 66TB's 28BB's .298BA) is avail in your league.

Wellington Castillo C WAS - Groin issue, out until Jun 9

Tyler Skaggs SP LAA - Oblique. Out until July 1

Vince Velasquez SP PHI - Elbow. Out until at least July 26

LAS VEGAS -- Czech forward Tomas Hyka is the third player to sign with the expansion Vegas Golden Knights.

The Golden Knights announced the one-year, entry-level deal Thursday.

Hyka, 24, was a sixth-round pick by Los Angeles in 2012, but he never signed with the Kings. After playing junior hockey in Quebec, he has spent the past three seasons in the top Czech league, scoring 78 points for Mlada Boleslav. Hyka joins center Reid Duke and Russian forward Vadim Shipachyov in agreeing to deals with the Golden Knights, who will begin NHL play this fall.
