Gai Comans is a health and wellness advocate who has a passion for helping people design their life and live on purpose. She had been working as a senior executive in the corporate world, however, she got the most satisfaction from mentoring hundreds of people in designing their life and supporting them to achieve personal and professional goals. Gai is now focused on helping women impacted by breast cancer to move from surviving to thriving and growing. Gai’s interest in helping breast cancer survivors was sparked by a life-changing cancer diagnosis in 2000. Given a 1 in 10 chance of survival, it was time to revisit her choices and the impact of them on her health.
