Host of the Dr. Synonymous show, Dr. Pat Jonas, interviews Andrea Julian about Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS).  Andrea leads the Dayton Zebras, a support/education group for persons with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and their families.  This connective tissue genetic condition seems to be more common (maybe 1 of 100 persons) than predicted and taught to physicians (1 of 5000 persons).  We'll discuss why.  We'll review the new information about EDS from the American Society of medical Genetics in March of 2017.  Andrea will tell part of her personal EDS story and mention her business to help persons with EDS.
