It’s a suggestion, a comment, some “good advice or devils advocacy” from a well-meaning friend or family member; it’s an authority figure… AND IT CAN EVEN BE YOU who intentionally or unintentionally give you a POST-HYPNOTIC SUGGESTION. And YES… it happens all the time.

Post-hypnotic suggestions are awesome in a therapeutic situation with a trained professional but do you really want a amateur making decisions about your whole life?
