Welcome. I am Dr. Erica Goodstone, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Spiritual Relationship Healer, Somatic Body Psychotherapist, and Health/Wellness Coach, author of the Love Me, Touch Me, Heal Me book series, the romantic novel, Love in the Blizzard of Life, the 30 Love Lessons for the Soul.

Leonard Perlmutter founded the American Meditation Institute (AMI) in 1996. His Heart and Science of Yoga® empowering self-care program is certified for continuing ed credits by the American Medical Association and the American Nurses Association.  Leonard is the author and editor of “Transformation,” the Journal of Meditation as Mind/Body Medicine.   He has served on the faculties of the New England Institute of Ayurvedic Medicine, the International Himalayan Yoga Teachers Association in Canada and has studied in Rishikesh, India with the man who, demonstrated that blood pressure, heart rate and the autonomic nervous system can be voluntarily controlled. Leonard’s virtual video course, Comprehensive Meditation and Easy-Gentle Yoga, contains the core Heart and Science of Yoga® curriculum.
