The pain of any loss can be devastating, especially if it is losing a loved one. It is not easy to let go of the objects of our affection. It is our natural tendency to appreciate what we hold dear to us as parting needs time and tools. Our emotional response to loss has cognitive, physical, behavioral, and spiritual dimensions. After denial, being angry, much soul searching and feeling depressed we need to find forgiveness, acceptance, and surrender.

Join Dr. Sadigh and his special guest, Mary Elizabeth Yoder founder of TheACY Foundation, to allow more acceptances in your life. Find the keys for opening the pathway to freedom and healing. Let bitterness, pain, and anger move out of your life.

About My Guest: Mary Elizabeth Yoder lost her father in a car accident at age eleven. It took her 28 hard years to learn about forgiveness, before facing the drunk driver who had killed her father. She will share with you how to find a safe loving environment in which a grieving person can discover a unique process for healing through art therapy, support groups, and education.
